About Us

  Samson Demissie Teffera is a seasoned leader, educator, and community advocate with over 25 years of professional experience, including more than two decades in the U.S. federal government IT sector. As the Founder and CEO of Three C Consulting LLC, he is committed to strengthening the bridge between African and U.S. markets by delivering high-level consulting services that build local capacity and advance sustainable development. Samson's foundational expertise is evidenced by his academic and professional credentials: he holds a Master's in business administration (MBA), a Senior Executive Certificate from the Federal Executive Institute, and Master's Certificates in Program Management and Agile Practices. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Florida University, Southeast, where he teaches Project Management. His executive career and leadership are further distinguished by his certifications, including ITIL V3 Foundation and Federal Acquisition Institute certifications (FAC P/PM III, FAC COR III and   

FAC-P/PM IT Core-Plus Specialization).

Samson's passion for bridging continents is complementedby his extensive cross-cultural expertise and commitment to community. He is a skilled moderator fluent in both Amharic and English, enabling him to foster meaningful dialogue, bridge cultural gaps, and create inclusive environments for global participants. He has participated in numerous Humanitarian and ICT capacity-building volunteer activities in Africa. He is the Co-founder, current President, and executive board member of WeAspire, a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the world's knowledge about Africa. Additionally, he is a Registered Volunteer Expert with the International Executive Services Corps (IESC).  For his dedicated service, he has been honored with numerous prestigious awards, including the Congressional Recognition Award in 2016 and the Victory of the Adwa Medal Centenary Medal for Community Service. As a multi-talented professional, Samson is also a published poet and storyteller.
